Mother also to a son and another daughtertiggeros, who lives in France. Now they are all grown up I live contentedly with a husband [OO] and a black cat called Midi, who likes to join me at the computer.
I lived a 'Lady of Shallott' existence for many years, with severe and chronic health problems, but now much better, usually able to travel again, sit and type LJ entries, work as a volunteer in a charity bookshop- basically second-hand book dealing and windowdressing marketing, and get involved with magazine editing, publicity and event-planning in the village where I go to church - I am a Christian of a liberal sort - poised somewhere between tradition and post-modernism as a pathway, who arrived back at a distinctly thisworldly faith by the back door, as it were. I remain agnostic about many things, and I use faith to mean trust rather than credo.
